SISU VISIT

Hi Spencer,

It was really nice talking with you today. I’m looking forward to coming in tomorrow around noon.

I put this together to share a little more context about the content I’d like to get at SISU for the Coolest Loser Challenge.

This isn’t meant to be anything formal — just an easy way to explain what I was describing on the phone so you can see what I’m thinking ahead of time.

Example of video content style

Below is a sample of the type of unscripted interviews and video I capture for social media reels and shorts. I keep things conversational and authentic.

This next video is a sample of more unscripted content in HD that is broadcast/streaming quality.

What I was thinking for tomorrow (definitely open to your thoughts)

I’d like to start with a quick walkthrough and talk briefly about what you feel comfortable sharing on camera. My main idea is to capture you — and any staff you’d like included — in short, natural on-camera conversations where you’re explaining what contrast therapy is, how the process works, and what you typically see from customers.

We could quickly talk through a few general questions ahead of time, but the goal wouldn’t be anything scripted.

I’d also capture some first-person moments so viewers can see what it’s like from my beginner perspective. The focus would really be on showing your space, your process, and the people behind it, along with what a first visit actually looks and feels like.

social media posting plan for coolest loser challenge

Post 1 — First look

A quick look inside the space and what a first-time visitor can expect, including what contrast therapy is and how the process works.

Post 2 — Trying it

Going through the sauna and cold plunge for the first time, with guidance from you so people can see how approachable the experience is.

Post 3 — Afterward

How I feel after the session and why people use contrast therapy to support recovery, stress relief, and overall wellness.

Thank you for the support on this Spencer!
